baj baji Terms and Conditions

The meaning of certain specific terms used in this document is clarified below to avoid any ambiguity.

• "Platform" refers collectively to the bajbaji.cam website and the baj baji mobile application (Android and iOS).
• "User" or "Member" refers to a person who has registered on the baj baji platform.
• "Account" refers to each member's personal user profile through which they access the platform's services.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of money held in a member's account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds or rewards provided by baj baji, which can be used under specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus funds must be used as bets before they can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" refers to what remains after subtracting a member's total winnings from their total losses over a specific period.

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to create and use an account on the baj baji platform is 21 years. No person under this age may use this platform. If a member registers with a false age and this is later proven, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, those will be treated as duplicate accounts, and all such accounts will be cancelled along with forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure. Members must update their information themselves whenever any change occurs.

2.4 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account login details completely confidential. Passwords must not be shared with anyone else. If any unauthorised activity is noticed on the account, notify our support team immediately.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, baj baji may request documents for identity verification at any time. Verification may be mandatory for large withdrawal amounts, bonus claims, or suspicious activity.

3.1 Acceptable Identity Documents

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Driving Licence

3.2 If Verification Is Not Completed

baj baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the requested documents are not provided within the specified time. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is completed.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, various Bangladeshi banks can be used, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• At least one bet must have been placed using the deposit method.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for the bonus has been met.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be to and from the same person's account — transactions to third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Foreign currency is not accepted.

baj baji offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.2 Weekly Promotions

In the baj baji Weekly Deposit Festival, a 50% deposit bonus is available once per week, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with a 20x wagering requirement. In the baj baji Slots Fun Bonus, a 30% deposit bonus is available for slot games, up to a maximum of ৳3,000, with a 25x wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• baj baji reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are observed while using bonus funds.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the promotion expires.
• VIP cashback depends on the net loss for the week — it is not a fixed predetermined amount.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If cancellation is possible before an event starts, it must be done following the specific instructions provided.

6.2 Betting Results

All betting results will be determined based on the official result of the relevant event. baj baji reserves the right to correct any result displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will remain effective.

6.4 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. If an event resumes after a set period, the applicable policy for that situation will be announced separately.

6.5 Casino Games

The results of live casino and slot games are entirely random (RNG) and are under the control of the game provider. RTP (Return to Player) is a long-term statistic and does not guarantee earnings in any single session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baj baji platform. If any one of these is proven, the account will be permanently closed.

• Attempting to win money through fraud or deceptive means.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Placing bets using another person's account.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Collaborative betting or arbitrage against other members.

8.1 Service Guarantee

baj baji makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, cyber attacks, technical issues, or other unavoidable reasons. baj baji is not liable for financial compensation in such situations.

8.2 Third-Party Services

baj baji is not directly responsible for issues arising from game providers, payment gateways, or other third-party services. However, baj baji will make efforts to assist in resolving such issues.

8.3 Accuracy of Information

baj baji reserves the right to correct any errors in displayed odds, balances, or other information that may occur due to technical reasons.

baj baji believes that betting and gaming are a form of entertainment and should not be a source of income. It is each member's responsibility to play within their financial means and to avoid problem gambling.

• Do not bet more in an attempt to recover lost money.

baj baji reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through platform notifications.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any member may close their account voluntarily. To do so, they need to contact our support team via live chat or email. The balance can be withdrawn before closure, but any bonus that has not met the wagering requirement will be cancelled.

11.2 Closure initiated by baj baji

If terms are violated, baj baji may close the account without prior notice. If prohibited activity is proven, baj baji also reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for an extended period (generally twelve months), the account may be marked as inactive. In such cases, the member will be notified in advance.
